Jeannine co-leads our Science & Technology portfolio in the south east, and is our Oxford studio lead, where she has cultivated a strong team. With a wealth of experience as a project architect, she has led and delivered new build projects and refurbishments in the Science & Technology, Education and Healthcare sectors. Jeannine excels in the early briefing and concept stages of a project and always strives for sustainable solutions.

MA (Hons)

Katharine is our Partner lead for Operations and Marketing, and leads our business support team. Initially focused on bid management, her role swiftly expanded to encompass broad business development and strategy. Drawing from her diverse career, including experience in financial services, Katharine has a natural ability to bring a real-world perspective and commercial acumen which are crucial to our continued growth and success.

BSc (Hons) BArch, IMaPS FRIAS RIBA

Les joined us following the merger with Leslie Hutt Architects in 2023, with an extensive portfolio of clients across the north of Scotland and Western Isles. His portfolio includes a range of private and social housing, hotel, leisure and commercial developments and more recently the award winning HydroNess project. Les is an active lead in the Highlands and Islands Architectural Association and is an accredited Principal Designer.

Mark oversees multiple sectors with particular expertise in design for preventative healthcare, science, and creating sustainable communities. With a passion for placemaking and human centric design, many of Mark's projects have been recognised with design awards, including for new healthcare building design and in recognition of his approach to solving complex designs in live operational environments.

Mark has over ten years dedicated healthcare experience. He has a particular focus on multi-department, complex refurbishments within live acute hospital environments as well as having led projects across other sectors including education and social care. Mark’s strength is in clinical stakeholder engagement and negotiating competing project requirements, skills which are highly regarded by his clients.
