Encompassing innovative new space typologies and workplace initiatives, this project showcases the transformative value of a truly people-centric approach to workplace design.
Recognising that the success of any workspace hinges on its ability to support and empower its occupants, the fit-out of this existing building to include 3500m2 of ISO7 cleanroom equivalent laser, optics and networking laboratories, office accommodation and collaboration facilities was driven by a people-centric approach.
By collaborating closely with the client's regional workplace strategist and end users through open communication and continual feedback loop, we ensured the design not only aligned with the diverse priorities of the stakeholders, but also resonated deeply with the unique culture and requirements of the research team.
With a mission to create an environment that reflects the significant of the client's endeavours and elevates them to new heights, a workplace has been delivered that is a source of pride and motivation for everyone associated with the brand. By marrying functionality with inspiration, a culture of growth, innovation and excellence has been fostered.
