David plays a central role in our Education sector work and leads our portfolio across Leisure and Custodial and Justice. With exceptionally strong design, technical and organisational skills, he has been pivotal in several notable projects including Scotland’s first inland surf destination with Lost Shore Surf Resort. David has a proactive and constructive working style, particularly valuable when working with stakeholders at the initial briefing and consultation stages.

Jeannine co-leads our Science & Technology portfolio in the south east, and is our Oxford studio lead, where she has cultivated a strong team. With a wealth of experience as a project architect, she has led and delivered new build projects and refurbishments in the Science & Technology, Education and Healthcare sectors. Jeannine excels in the early briefing and concept stages of a project and always strives for sustainable solutions.

Mark has over ten years dedicated healthcare experience. He has a particular focus on multi-department, complex refurbishments within live acute hospital environments as well as having led projects across other sectors including education and social care. Mark’s strength is in clinical stakeholder engagement and negotiating competing project requirements, skills which are highly regarded by his clients.

Nick leads our growth across the south east region with particular focus on the science and technology sector, bringing extensive experience in the design and delivery of laboratory environments. He plays a crucial role in advocating innovative and sustainable design in science and technology. Nick’s core operating principle revolves around listening to clients, a crucial skill as he drives growth through cross sector collaboration.

Samantha is a Passivhaus Certified Architect and is passionate about creating sustainable buildings. She leads our sustainability portfolio and provides consultancy to our clients, engaging from the start of a project to help them achieve their carbon reduction targets. She has experience leading an array of large scale projects and as an adaptable team player excels when thinking on her feet. Sam is a board member for Architecture & Design Scotland, is a Principal Designer and AECB CarbonLite Retrofit certified.
