The Royal Blind School Redevelopment Complete
Our redevelopment project for The Royal Blind School at Cannan Lane in Edinburgh was officially opened on 27th November by His Royal Highness The Duke of Gloucester KG GCVO. The facility is Scotland’s only residential school specialising in the care and education of children with visual impairments and complex needs.
Student Residences in St. Andrews gain Building Warrant consent
Building Warrant Application was granted consent on the 5th of November 2014. The project is now well underway on site with completion anticipated in summer of 2015.
RSA Open Exhibition
We are pleased to announce the inclusion of work at this year’s Open Exhibition at the Royal Scottish Academy in Edinburgh. Concept images of the Oban Maritime Pavilion have been selected to go on display at the Mound between 29th of November and 20th of January 2015.

Our design for a new state of the art orientation and marine tourism facility at Oban North Pier successfully gained planning consent.
Craighouse Gains Planning Consent
Put forward for approval by the City of Edinburgh Council Planning Department, our revised designs gained planning approval with a majority vote in favour from the Development Management committee on the 3rd of September 2014.
Strathallan Riley House Refurbishment Commencement
Following successful Building Warrant application, Oberlanders have now started the first packages of work to rejuvenate Riley House on site.

We are delighted to announce our latest success as part of the Graham Construction PSCP team under HFS Framework Scotland 2 to design a new £3m Intensive Psychiatric Care Unit for NHS Fife at Stratheden Hospital in Cupar.

Oberlanders are delighted to announce Val, has achieved the accolade of becoming a BREEAM Accredited Professional a formal recognition of specialist skills in design of sustainable buildings. Anyone who now engages Oberlanders can achieve additional credits towards their BREEAM rating for the comprehensive use of a BREEAM AP on the design team.
