Oberlanders were commissioned by Scottish Enterprise, Edinburgh & Lothian to design a flagship Multi-Occupancy Office and Laboratory on a new Medi-Park adjacent to The New Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.

The building comprises of flexible multi-occupancy office/lab spaces and central ‘hub’ facilities for the entire CBR site.

The project has a value of circa £25M, and was commissioned to RIBA Stage C.
