Bio Reliance, Stirling

Constructed as a European Headquarters for BioReliance the building was designed as a ‘gateway’ building at the entrance to the Stirling University Innovation Park.

The building is an extension to an existing facility and provides 3,500 sqm of research laboratory and support accommodation. The building was constructed using a design and build contract with Oberlanders novated to the contractor. The construction cost was £3M and the project was completed in 1999.
