SELECT Office Headquarters Extension, Penicuik
This £1.9 million extension to our original 2002 project, with a footprint of 680m² provides lettable office accommodation for tenants associated with the Scottish Electrical Contractors Association. The design is intended to harmonise with the existing building, borrowing details from it such as the angled staircase, mirroring its original counterpart. This referencing creates new relationships within the walled garden, while maintaining a coherent aesthetic. The project was handed over on the 15th September 2009, successfully completed on time and on budget.
