Fleming Building Edinburgh Technopole, Edinburgh
The Edinburgh Technopole is a new science and technology park located in rural parkland on the Bush Estate south of Edinburgh. It was developed by Grosvenor Limited in a joint venture with the University of Edinburgh.
The Fleming Building – Phase 3 of the development – is a speculative office and laboratory building, incorporating an innovative and flexible system for services distribution. The project was awarded a “very good” rating by BREEAM and was completed in January 2006 at a cost of £4.5m.
