Chancellors Court, Pollock Halls, Edinburgh

Chancellor’s Court contains 526 en-suite student bedrooms at Pollock Halls and was built for the University of Edinburgh. The building was completed in three phases, with the first 174 bedrooms handed over in September 2002, in time for the start of the academic year.

The final phase was completed, on time and on budget at a cost of £21m in August 2003.
