Congratulations to Oberlanders Promoted Staff

Congratulations to Oberlanders Promoted Staff

Oberlanders are delighted to announce the following staff promotions. Holly Small has been promoted to the role of Practice Manager, Mark Rego to the role of BIM Manager / Laboratory Planning Specialist.

These promotions reflect our ongoing commitment to provide opportunity for individual growth and expansion as a means of sustaining and broadening the outlook of our practice.

Having joined us initially in 2016 as Administration and Quality Manager, Holly has been an integral part of the development and expansion of the practice over the last three and a half years as we have grown from a single Edinburgh office with 28 staff to three offices with combined staff compliment of nearly 50. In recognition of our expansion and her continuing vital role at the heart of our business support team, Holly has been promoted to the role of Practice Manager, overseeing our business support teams across all three offices. This is a thoroughly deserved promotion and we wish Holly every success in her expanded role.

Mark has been an integral part of our science, research and commercial team since he joined us in 2018, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience, particularly in laboratory planning, from his time practising in Boston in the USA. He has worked on a number of our key projects in the sector including projects for Scottish Water, Highlands and Islands Enterprise and our major Biomedical Sciences Building project for the University of St Andrews. Mark is also a highly experienced BIM practitioner and trainer and in recognition of these combined skills has accepted an enhanced role as part of our Technical Design and Delivery Group as practice wide BIM Manager and Laboratory Planning Specialist.

Congratulations to both of you.
