Planning permission granted for new Scottish Water offices

Planning permission granted for new Scottish Water offices

We are pleased to announce that planning permission has been granted by Dumfries & Galloway Council for our proposed Scottish Water office building at Marchmount in Dumfries.

The proposal includes a new single storey building of around 430sq.m floor area providing open plan office, sample laboratory and training room facilities, with associated carparking and ancillary out building space. The form of the building reflects the surrounding site context and is positioned on the site to maximise passive environmental control. The roof pitch maximises height over the open plan offices to help promote natural ventilation. Tenders will shortly be invited with works on site expected to start in the next few months.
