Student Residences in St. Andrews gain planning consent
Our proposals for 241 student bed spaces, on the site of the former Memorial Hospital in St. Andrews submitted on behalf of the Watkin Jones Group, have successfully gained planning consent.
Strathallan School - Riley House
Strathallan School appointed us to prepare a feasibility study for Riley House, re-establishing a successful working relationship which has seen us deliver the new Glenbrae Boarding House and Dining Hall refurbishments. The study will be carried out in Autumn 2013 with a view to commencing work in 2014.
30 Years of Successful Business
Oberlanders are celebrating 30 years of business, having originally been established by Jack Oberlander and David Lawson on the 1st of August 1983. With a current staff of 23 we are enthusiastically looking forward to the future.
Health Facilitiies Scotland – Frameworks Scotland 2
Oberlanders formed part of the successful GRAHAM Construction PSCP team for the HFS2. The framework will cover a broad range of alteration and refurbishment projects for the NHS throughout Scotland. Our long and successful track record in the sector was integral to the success of the bid.
Health Facilities Scotland – NHS Lanarkshire
We have been appointed for the NHS Lanarkshire Framework, covering a wide range of projects, including a major refurbishment and alteration of the Surgical and Intensive Care Departments at Monklands General Hospital and a number of planned ward and laboratory replacements, both at Monklands and Wishaw General Hospital as well as maintenance works.
Systems Medicine Construction Start
Construction of the new Systems Medicine building commenced on site in July 2013 following successful completion of a complex enabling works contract to divert buried services. BAM Construction have been appointed for the construction of the new building, which will be tackled in two Phases.
