Oberlanders - New Offices
Oberlanders celebrate completing the refurbishment by relocating to their newly purchased 5,500 ft² premises in a Grade B listed 4 storey townhouse at 16 Melville Street, Edinburgh.

Housing development at Slateford Road
AMA (New Town) Ltd appointed Oberlanders to design a development consisting of 100 residences to replace industrial warehousing in North Merchiston. We submitted the planning application on the 23rd of July 2009. The approximate contract value is currently £17 million.

Springside, VIP Launch and awards
Following a VIP launch, Inglis Point and Jex Blake House helped AMA (New Town) Ltd win the House Builder of the Year award. Judges commended the “leading edge results … a positive contribution to the built environment.” The project also earned Oberlanders shortlisting as finalists in the Scottish Home Awards 2009.
