Springside Fountainbridge
Sectional practical completion was achieved on time and on budget for the envelopes of the first two blocks, Inglis Point and Jex Blake House (contract value of approximately £20 million). Fit out of these blocks and construction of the rest of the first phase is currently progressing on site.

Select Headquarters, Bush Estate
Currently on site, this large extension to offices for the Scottish Electrical Contractors Association (originally designed by Oberlanders) is due to be completed in august 2009 with a value of £2 million.

Private House, Ravelston Dykes Road
Planning Consent has been granted for the demolition of an existing buidling to be replaced with a 1500m² luxury 8 bedroom private house. Site start is anticipated in 2009.

Edinburgh Bioquarter Masterplan
Oberlanders have prepared masterplan proposals on behalf of Scottish Enterprise for a 50 acre expansion of the existing Edinburgh BioQuarter biomedical campus next to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France. The development will be rolled out over the next 10-15 years.
