Term Consultancy for NHS Lothian Awarded
Oberlanders’ Term Consultancy which was awarded in September 2002 has been further extended until the end of 2007. This marks 25 years of continuous work by the practice for NHS Lothian.

Student Residences – Springside, Fountainbridge, Edinburgh
Detailed Planning consent was obtained in May 2007 for a 150 bed Student Residence Block at the west end of the £200m Springside Fountainbridge, Urban Village Development for Grosvenor, AMA and RBS.

Centre for Bio-medical Research, Little France, Edinburgh
Oberlanders completed a scheme Design Report for this £25m flagship multi-occupancy laboratory in Spring 2007. Commissioned by Lothian and Edinburgh Enterprise, the project is hoped to be the 1st building on a new Medi-park at Little France, Edinburgh.
