Following a £6.5m refurbishment for The City of Edinburgh Council this project was opened to the Public for business in August 2007.

Oatridge College, Royal Opening
Oberlanders £5.5m Scottish National Equestrian Centre, Farriery and Teaching facilities for Oatridge College near Broxburn were formally opened by HRH Camilla, Duchess of Rothesay in June 2007.

Hope Terrace - Planning Permission Granted
Following Scottish Natural Heritage’s move to Great Glen House in Inverness, Oberlanders were commissioned to restore and extend their former headquarters in the Grange to form 17 apartments for sale. Planning Permission was granted in June 2007.
